Mr. Mark Armbruster, CFA is the President of Armbruster Capital Management, Inc.  He began his investment career as a research analyst on Wall Street at Smith Barney.  Subsequently, he started up his capital management firm and has also acquired several firms in the investment management industry.  Mr. Armbruster has considerable experience managing investment portfolios for high-net-worth families, corporations, and non-profit organizations. 

 

Mr. Armbruster has served on numerous non-profit and for-profit corporate boards.  He has in-depth experience turning around troubled organizations and generating new growth initiatives.  He also advises on and provides expert testimony for investment-related legal disputes.

 

Mr. Armbruster is a graduate of the University of Rochester and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation.  He has been quoted on investment matters in several investment publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Investor’s Business Daily.  He frequently delivers insightful talks on investment matters to professional investor groups around the country.

Mr. Cebula has considerable experience in public accounting providing assurance services in a broad range of industries, including publicly traded companies, energy industry, healthcare facilities, and multi-employer employee benefit plans. Currently Mr. Cebula is Services Group Manager at EFP Rotenberg's Assurance Services Group.

 

Mr. Cebula's business and finance background experience also includes time in the automotive industry as an accounting professional at Monroe Muffler and Brake's Corporate Headquarters, where he analyzed and prepared financial data for Management and the Board of Directors. His current focus with EFP Rotenbergg is in the SEC group providing critical assurance services in connection with client's 10-Q quarterly and 10-K annual filings. He also provides a full range of internal and external services relating to companies' compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX).

 

Mr. Cebula is an active member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee of PRALID, a Rochester New York based not-for-profit organization, providing assistance in creating an independent, challenging, and dignified life to people with mental disabilities. He posses a B.S in Accounting, from SUNY Geneseo. Mr. Cebula is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), AICPA Young CPA Network, and BDO Seidman Alliance.

Mr. Peters is Director of Product Software for Quality Vision International, the world's largest vision metrology company. He has over 25 years of advanced technology product development experience in many fast-paced environments. A recent assignment was as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of a "high-tech" professional services firm. Mr. Peters is a "hands-on" leader, combining his organizational skills, technical knowledge, plus his executive management, business, and marketing experience and to provide solutions to unique business challenges.

 

Mr. Peters has been at the forefront of digital imagining. Beginning with General Electric, he was a key participant in the WARP program in support of DARPA. At Optical Gaging Products, he was a key contributor to the world's first desktop color vision metrology system. During his tenure at Questra Consulting, he was involved in many innovative embedded digital imaging engagements, including developing the world's first System-On-Chip digital camera engine. He has over eleven years in general management roles, with responsibility for senior executive teams and up to 78 multi-disciplinary engineering consultants and associated employees.

 

Mr. Peters is a respected "results-oriented" inspirational leader, who takes pride in effectively communicating and motivating all stakeholders to achieve departmental, organizational and corporate goals. He has an entrepreneurial spirit that burns bright, even in the most challenging of circumstances. Mr. Peters holds a BA in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science from the State University of New York.

Mr. Saya has over 43 years experience in the banking profession and is an accomplished financial professional.  Throughout his career he has moved through a variety of increasingly responsible position’s within the banking system, and is an expert in SBA lending.

 

M. Saya's most recent position was Vice President and Senior SBA Product Specialist with Key Bank, with mentoring and sales management responsibilities for five sales people located in the Northeast. As a business development and lending professional he has been responsible for well over $50,000,000 in funding transactions.

 

Mr. Saya now provides capital management advisory and consultancy services to owners/buyers of small businesses, specializing in government guaranteed lending programs, with a focus towards transfer of ownership transactions, long-term capital needs, working capital and equipment financing.

 

Mr. Saya is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking, and a graduate of the Bank Management Institute in Advanced Commercial Lending. He is also a graduate with an advanced degree from the American Institute of Banking, plus and AAS degree in Business Administration from the Onondaga Community College. He is member of New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB) and an International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) Affiliate.

Ms. James, Strategic Marketing Partner and Authorized Duct Tape Marketing Consultant, is the founder of Stand Out Results, an innovative 21st Century marketing firm targeting small to medium-sized businesses looking to take their company to the next level. The Company was forged from her constant observations that small businesses were making marketing harder than it need be. She is an expert in internal and external branding, marketing and culture, working for local and national companies, from family owned businesses to large corporations, for over 20 years.

 

As well as running her own marketing company, Ms. James is a frequent speaker, presenting to groups and organizations across the nation. Most recently, she presented "How to Land your First Client" at Rochester Institute of Technology's Entrepreneur Conference, "Perceived Indifference" at the local chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners Power Lunch, and "Getting Prospects to Act - How to Sell without Selling" at a sold out Women's Ties event.

 

Ms. James is on the Rochester Area Ethics Foundation Board and Marketing Committee Chair, YWCA Empowering Women Luncheon Committee and the Rochester Women's Network Executive Board as the VP of Marketing.
